Living beside a carbon-allergic, rambunctious ocean,
We’re appealing to Trump to keep an open mind.
For us, keeping climate change in check is hardly an option,
or calamities will come, and leave us supine?
We hear Planetary Lifeguard blowing his whistle,
waves getting wilder and closer to shore.
If Trump can tame energy, before we’re in a pickle
Who wouldn’t want him for another four!
